Tiny Tuna Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 sheet nori
  • 4 small rice paper sheets
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 imitation crab sticks
  • ½ cup seaweed salad
  • Water, for softening rice paper

Instructions

  1. Cut the nori sheet into 4 equal squares.
  2. Lightly soak the rice paper in water for a few seconds, or spray with water until pliable.
  3. Place the rice paper about one-quarter of the way onto the nori square.
  4. Layer the lettuce, shredded carrot, cucumber, imitation crab, seaweed salad, and tuna on top of the rice paper.
  5. Tuck in the sides of the rice paper, then roll everything up tightly, rolling together with the nori.
  6. Slice if desired and enjoy as is.
