Tofu Pomelo Sago

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh red pomelo, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup cooked sago
  • 1 cup silken tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup palm seeds
  • 1 tbsp sweet red bean paste
  • 1 cup strawberry milk or regular milk
  • 1/2 cup Wildwonder Pomelo Limeade
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Remove the flesh from the pomelo (about 1 cup) and set aside. Enjoy any extra on the side!
  2. Blanch the silken tofu in hot water for a few minutes to remove the raw taste, then cut into cubes.
  3. Cook the sago according to the package instructions.
  4. In a bowl, combine the pomelo, sago, tofu, palm seeds, and sweet red bean paste.
  5. Pour in the milk and pomelo limeade to give it that refreshing hwachae-style vibe.
  6. Add ice and serve immediately, fresh and cold.
