Nature’s Electrolyte

Ingredients

  • 4–5 slices lime
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • 1 cup watermelon juice
  • 1 cup hibiscus tea (chilled)
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup aloe juice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large 64 oz jar, add the lime slices first, then the ice.
  2. Pour in the carrot juice, watermelon juice, hibiscus tea, pineapple juice, aloe juice, and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
  4. Stir well, serve cold, and enjoy this super refreshing, hydrating drink!
