Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 small seaweed (nori) sheets
- ¼ cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp furikake
- 1 mini cucumber, sliced into strips
- ½ can tuna
- ½ avocado, sliced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix the furikake into the cooked rice and set aside.
- Whisk the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and pour in the egg, spreading it into a thin layer.
- While the egg is still slightly soft on top, place the two seaweed sheets side by side directly onto the egg so they stick.
- Once the egg is set, fold the sides inward to create a long strip with the seaweed attached.
- Add a layer of seasoned rice, then cucumber, tuna, and avocado down the center. Fold it up and enjoy!
