Ingredients
- 1 pack smoked salmon
- 2 imitation crab sticks
- 1 avocado
- Sriracha mayo
- 1 cup sushi rice
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Kewpie mayo
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package or rice cooker instructions and let it cool slightly.
- Cut the smoked salmon, imitation crab, and avocado into small cubes (about the size of an ice tray cube).
- Assemble in an ice tray: start by lining the base with smoked salmon, then layer in imitation crab and avocado. Add a drizzle of sriracha mayo, then top with sushi rice, pressing it down gently to hold everything together.
- Flip the tray to release the sushi bites. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and a drizzle of Kewpie mayo. Enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor!
