Rice Paper Mini Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 20 mini sausage rolls
  • 20 seaweed strips
  • 20 small rice paper sheets
  • Oil spray
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Cut the rice paper sheets into rectangles, about 1 x 2 inches.
  2. Slice the seaweed into thin 2-inch strips.
  3. Dip each piece of rice paper briefly in water to soften.
  4. Place a seaweed strip in the center of the rice paper, add a mini sausage, then roll tightly.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 385°F (195°C). Lightly spray the rolls with oil and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  6. Let the crispy rolls cool for a minute and enjoy immediately!
