Ingredients
- 2 coconut shells or bowls (optional)
- 6 scoops vanilla coconut ice cream
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup hot coffee
Instructions
- Add the coconut ice cream into a coconut shell or bowl. Use the back of a spoon or an icecream scooper to create a small space in the center for the coffee and matcha.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until smooth and frothy.
- Prepare your hot coffee.
- Pour the matcha and coffee into the center of the ice cream and enjoy immediately while it’s creamy, melty, and refreshing.
