Ingredients:
- 2 rice paper sheets
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp fruit preserve/jelly
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
- Lukewarm water (for soaking rice paper)
Instructions:
- Soak rice paper in lukewarm water until softened, then place it into a small bowl to shape.
- Layer in peanut butter, banana, yogurt, fruit preserve, crushed roasted peanuts, and another layer of banana.
- Wrap tightly to secure all the fillings.
- Freeze for 10–15 minutes until slightly set, then enjoy.
