Ingredients:
- 12 dumpling or wonton wrappers
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger, minced
- 1 cup scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, red onion, garlic, ginger, scallions, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, white pepper, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.
- Lay down one dumpling or wonton wrapper and spread a thin layer of the pork mixture on top. Repeat the layering process until you have 4 wrappers and 3 layers of meat stacked together.
- Cut the stack into 4 equal pieces, then carefully thread the pieces onto a skewer. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling to make 3 skewers total.
- Air fry at 380°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pork is fully cooked and the wrappers are golden and crispy.
