Summer LOX Flower Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 pack smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Flaky salt, to taste
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
  • Fresh chives, for garnish
  • Edible flowers, for garnish
  • Mini crostinis, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Spread the cream cheese onto a serving plate using the back of a spoon to create flower-like petals, starting from the outside and working inward.
  2. Layer small pieces of smoked salmon between the cream cheese petals to create a blooming flower effect.
  3. Spoon the capers into the center of the “flower” and scatter the chopped shallots on top.
  4. Drizzle everything with olive oil and finish with flaky salt to taste.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill, chives, and edible flowers. Serve with toasted mini crostinis.
