Ingredients
- 2 cups potato chips
- 3 eggs
- 5 tbsp farmer cheese
- 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 5 tbsp flying fish roe
- Caviar (optional, to taste)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the potato chips. Crack the eggs directly into the pan over the chips.
- Top with farmer cheese, red onion, cilantro, and fish roe. Cover and cook on low to medium heat until the eggs are set.
- Remove from the pan and finish with caviar if using. Serve immediately and enjoy.
