Chicken Soggy Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 cups potato chips
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 chicken tender
  • 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the potato chips. Crack the eggs directly over the chips.
  2. Top with chicken tender, red onion, Mexican cheese blend, cilantro, jalapeño, and chili crisp. Cover and cook on low to medium heat until the eggs are set.
  3. Remove from the pan, serve immediately, and enjoy.
