Ingredients
- 10–20 muscat grapes
- 10–20 purple grapes
- 2 cans (11.6 fl oz each) sparkling water
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp citric acid
Instructions
- Wash the grapes thoroughly and pat dry.
- If using different flavors of sparkling water, separate the grapes into different containers as desired.
- Pour the sparkling water over the grapes, making sure they are fully submerged.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the grapes to absorb the carbonation.
- The next day, drain the grapes and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the grapes and toss gently to coat.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and citric acid.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the grapes and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the grapes in a single layer on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze overnight, then enjoy the next day for a sweet, tangy, and refreshing frozen treat.
