Ingredients:
- 1 ripe yellow peach
- 1 ripe white peach
- 8 tbsp kefir (or substitute with milk or heavy cream for a creamier texture)
Ingredients:
- Cut both peaches in half and remove the pits.
- Wrap one half of each peach tightly with plastic wrap and place them in the freezer overnight, or until completely frozen. Store the remaining peach halves in the refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, dice the chilled peach halves into small cubes and set aside for topping.
- Remove the frozen peach halves from the freezer and slowly pour in the kefir. Using a spoon, begin churning by gently scraping the frozen peach flesh into the kefir as it starts to break down.
- Continue churning until the mixture becomes thick, creamy, and smooth. For an even richer texture, add a splash of heavy cream until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Serve immediately and top with the fresh peach cubes for extra texture and sweetness.
