Ingredients:
- 1 ripe cantaloupe
- 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds. Carve a shallow groove down the center of one half to make it easier to scrape later.
- Wrap one cantaloupe half tightly with plastic wrap and freeze overnight, or until completely frozen. Keep the other half refrigerated.
- Remove the frozen cantaloupe from the freezer. Drizzle in the honey, followed by the milk or heavy cream.
- Using a spoon, gently scrape and churn the frozen cantaloupe flesh into the liquid as it begins to soften.
- Continue scraping and mixing until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and creamy, with a soft ice cream-like texture.
- Serve immediately and top with fresh cantaloupe cubes for the perfect refreshing summer treat. Enjoy!
