1. Cut one apple in half and remove the core. Carve a shallow groove in the center of each half to make it easier to scrape later. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and freeze overnight, or until completely frozen. Refrigerate the second apple for serving.
2. Remove the frozen apple from the freezer and pour the Wildwonder Apple Yuzu Sparkling Drink over the frozen flesh.
3. Using a spoon, gently scrape the frozen apple as it begins to soften, mixing it into the sparkling drink.
4. Continue scraping and stirring until the mixture becomes smooth, fluffy, and reaches a refreshing sorbet-like texture.
5. Dice the refrigerated apple and use it as a topping. Serve immediately and enjoy!
