Ingredients:
- 2 large nori sheets
- 2½ rice paper sheets
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp furikake
- 1 tbsp Kewpie Mayo
- 1 cooked egg
- 5 tbsp tuna
- 5 cucumber slices
- Neutral cooking oil
Ingredients:
- Lightly soften two rice paper sheets in water and overlap them slightly. Place the two nori sheets on top. Using scissors or a knife, make one cut from the bottom edge to the center, then make a second cut halfway across from the opposite side to create folding sections.
- Assemble the fillings by section: spread the sushi rice and sprinkle with furikake, then add the avocado, tuna mixed with Kewpie Mayo, cooked egg, cucumber, and finish with another layer of rice to help hold everything together.
- Fold each section over the next until you have a compact sandwich. Wrap the exposed side with the remaining half sheet of softened rice paper to seal everything in.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat and cook until the rice paper is golden brown and crispy on all sides. Slice in half and enjoy while warm.
