Ingredients
- 3 rice papers
- 3 chicken thighs/breasts
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 cup rice
- 6 seaweed sheets
- cooking oil
Marinade - 1 cup gochujang sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in the gochujang sauce for at least 30 minutes, longer for better flavor.
- Air fry the chicken at 375°F for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Assemble the musubi by layering rice, kimchi, and chicken and seaweed sheets, then wrapping it with rice paper.
- Fry the musubi in cooking oil until the rice paper wrap turns golden and crispy.
- Let it cool slightly, then enjoy immediately!
