Phad Thai

Ingredients

  • 1 pack GloryLand Pad Thai Noodles
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 shrimps (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup scallops
  • 1/4 cup chicken (thinly sliced)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Lime wedges and cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles and set aside.
  2. Cook shrimp, scallops, and chicken in a hot wok, then set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic, carrot, and bean sprouts. Add cooked protein and noodles.
  4. Mix in GloryLand seasoning pack and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with extra bean sprouts, scallions, lime, and cilantro.
