Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pork belly, cut into thin strips
- 2-3 slices of garlic
- Scallion and ginger, for rubbing
- 1/2 cup Suntory All-Free
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp spicy seasoning or paprika
- 1 pasteurized egg yolk
Instructions
- Marinate the pork belly in Suntory All-Free for 20-30 minutes, then pour over the sink and pat dry the pork belly.
- Rub the marinated pork belly with scallion, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, salt, and paprika.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the pork belly until it turns golden brown on both sides, make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the pan and cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Serve over rice.
- Top with an egg yolk and sliced scallions. Enjoy with a refreshing glass of Suntory All-Free.
