Ingredients
- 1 rice paper
- 1/2 cup rice
- 4 peeled shrimps
- 1 seaweed sheet
- 1 omelette
- 2 slices cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- sesame seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- cooking oil
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp with salt and paprika.
- Sear the shrimp until fully cooked through.
- To assemble, layer the rice, seaweed sheet, omelette, cucumber, avocado, and tightly wrap everything with the rice paper. Then, sprinkle some sesame seeds on the wrap.
- Heat some oil in a pan, then sear the wrap until the rice paper becomes crispy.
- Let it cool slightly, then enjoy immediately!
