Lazy Ice Tray Sushi

Ingredients

  • 1 pack smoked salmon
  • 2 imitation crab sticks
  • 1 avocado
  • Sriracha mayo
  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Kewpie mayo

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package or rice cooker instructions and let it cool slightly.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon, imitation crab, and avocado into small cubes (about the size of an ice tray cube).
  3. Assemble in an ice tray: start by lining the base with smoked salmon, then layer in imitation crab and avocado. Add a drizzle of sriracha mayo, then top with sushi rice, pressing it down gently to hold everything together.
  4. Flip the tray to release the sushi bites. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and a drizzle of Kewpie mayo. Enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor!
