Matcha and Coffee Coconut Affogato

Ingredients

  • 2 coconut shells or bowls (optional)
  • 6 scoops vanilla coconut ice cream
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup hot coffee

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut ice cream into a coconut shell or bowl. Use the back of a spoon or an icecream scooper to create a small space in the center for the coffee and matcha.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until smooth and frothy.
  3. Prepare your hot coffee.
  4. Pour the matcha and coffee into the center of the ice cream and enjoy immediately while it’s creamy, melty, and refreshing.
