Dumpling Kebab

Ingredients:

  • 12 dumpling or wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic and ginger, minced
  • 1 cup scallions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, red onion, garlic, ginger, scallions, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, white pepper, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay down one dumpling or wonton wrapper and spread a thin layer of the pork mixture on top. Repeat the layering process until you have 4 wrappers and 3 layers of meat stacked together.
  3. Cut the stack into 4 equal pieces, then carefully thread the pieces onto a skewer. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling to make 3 skewers total.
  4. Air fry at 380°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pork is fully cooked and the wrappers are golden and crispy.
