Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 pack smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Flaky salt, to taste
- Fresh dill, for garnish
- Fresh chives, for garnish
- Edible flowers, for garnish
- Mini crostinis, for serving
Instructions:
- Spread the cream cheese onto a serving plate using the back of a spoon to create flower-like petals, starting from the outside and working inward.
- Layer small pieces of smoked salmon between the cream cheese petals to create a blooming flower effect.
- Spoon the capers into the center of the “flower” and scatter the chopped shallots on top.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and finish with flaky salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh dill, chives, and edible flowers. Serve with toasted mini crostinis.
