Potato Chips and Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 cups potato chips
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp farmer cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 5 tbsp flying fish roe
  • Caviar (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the potato chips. Crack the eggs directly into the pan over the chips.
  2. Top with farmer cheese, red onion, cilantro, and fish roe. Cover and cook on low to medium heat until the eggs are set.
  3. Remove from the pan and finish with caviar if using. Serve immediately and enjoy.
