Frozen Sour Candy Grapes

Ingredients

  • 10–20 muscat grapes
  • 10–20 purple grapes
  • 2 cans (11.6 fl oz each) sparkling water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp citric acid

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. If using different flavors of sparkling water, separate the grapes into different containers as desired.
  3. Pour the sparkling water over the grapes, making sure they are fully submerged.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the grapes to absorb the carbonation.
  5. The next day, drain the grapes and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  6. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the grapes and toss gently to coat.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and citric acid.
  8. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the grapes and toss until evenly coated.
  9. Arrange the grapes in a single layer on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  10. Freeze overnight, then enjoy the next day for a sweet, tangy, and refreshing frozen treat.
